Wish we got some of that flat calm water up here... Are there more codling than usual round Youghal this year? Didnt used to get too many from the boat when we lived in Old Parish. Had a good few red codling to 5lb off N. Mayo this past month, definitely more around here this year.

there was a good run of them last week. dont know if there still there or not. at times we were catching them in three's
