what is the best shock leader knot for tournament casting?

Most just melt the end of the leader very slightly with a lighter, just to make it a bit fatter than the leader itself.
Then uni-knot the main line to the shock leader, then pull it tight to the small blob.
Makes a very slim knot that doesn't foul the rings.
