hi goldfish light red weed on monday.a bit of a swell but fishable.no heavy kelp at the coombe..... :lol:

Well, water colour and weed along rocks and to left of harbour was very bad, weed everywhere, so looks like sth beach is the place to go.
A bad day fishing is better than a good day at the office!

I fished south beach last night from 00.00 till 4.00 tide if around 3ish just at davids school
no weed.. no fish either other than few dogs

roney pt to balinoulart 23rd to 25th small bits of weed up to 5 yds off shore otherwise no probs up to100 yds off shore hope this helps

floating weed a problem at ballinoulart after high tide nearly unfishable hardly any fish either :oops:

Kiloughter 30th alot of weed with a big run, 1 hour before and after high water run stopped and so did weed but just came back as the tide turned :(

Clones Strand 02/08 - small bit of floating weed but very fishable.....

Fished tinaberna on Tuesday it was tough going with weed. It did clear about an hour after high water.

weed=fish at the moment arround rosslare.south beaches are hard fishing.... :x :x

plenty of the bootlace stuff sinking your line in south wexford yesterday
plenty of eel grass also

braid probably the way to go if bait fishing
