People:me n robert

Duration:5 sess,3x3hr. 1x1hr and a blank.

Tide:3 h.w. 1lw.

Weather:nice n sunny southerly breeze

Bait:lures,flys,lugs n peelers

Rigs:standard

Results:100 +/- 40 on bait, 40 on lures, 20 on fly.
sess 1,baitfished the weedbeds .schoolie almost every cast several dubble shots few around 3.5lb.
sess 2.lurefished same area :) schoolie on almost every cast, seen many other anglers catch lots.
sess. 3. flyfished same area :) :) :) got about 20.
sess 4. fished channel wit plastic got 2 and missed a few 2 much weed
sess 5. fished/tryed several local marks water dirty or 2 much weed.

G.h.bream seem to be gone have not had 1 in 2 years.
G.g. mullet are still there in larege numbers.

Damn was supposed to go down Sunday morning for a lure session but pulled a muscle in my neck so thought better of it :twisted:

nice to get some on the fly ,i,m still opening my fly box every now and then for a look at all the nice flies i have and never use :oops: must have a reel try at it this year :lol:

Thats some bass fishing u have lucky gits,hope it stays dat way for ye,all the good spots where I am seem to have resident gangs of forigners having a free for all and not a fisheries insoector in sight ever,very jelous

grrrrr,last wed eve, seen 1 guy take 16 bass mostly undersize,,, the area was/is been netted on a regular basis.........I.F.I A WASTE OF TAXPAYERS MONEY,.............same old story :shock:

Some nice sessions there. I take it you broke your fly rod over ur mans head that took the 16 Bass.

arthur your some man, unreal..Ya remember me Dara from cfb..it's a weird one the giltheads gone ehh but at least those g mullet are still there..now theres a challenge one of them on the fly..mate moving to wexford soon would love tha hit your side of the country sometime..
fishing a lot lot slower up here..found a nice spot nice breakwater waders et al in galway bay but requires 4x4 ta get there..ahh the cunniger and the moon wasnt even right ehh
