Yahh,the weed is the biggest enemy on the beach-the wind is the second-but u still catch fish so u saved a blank with a hard job :D

8) well oli you did save a bad session with a nice bass,weed seems to be fairly heavy where ive fised in the last month or so. :twisted: :twisted:
karma and all of that your bound to get a few specimens for poor sessions by your standards :wink:

nice bass Oli, weed seems to be a problem all over the coast at the moment :roll:

well done mate on a fine bass all my beach sessions in the last while have being the same with weed it a total nightmare but a would have put a smile on my face

Well done oli. Nice bass. I haven't bothered with bass fishing since the ban ended because the weed was too bad the first week and i didn't bother checking any of the beaches down that way since. Now i don't need to check because you did it for me. :D must meet up for a session soon when the weed dies down and the fishing picks up.

Well done on getting a bass amongst all the weed.
I attempted to go for a lure session yesterday evening in what I thought would be a relatively sheltered mark but the sea was too rough, water too coloured and too much weed. If I had some lug I would have gone bait fishing but by the sounds of it the weed would have made it difficult.
Cod season Winter 2013/14: 117 cod (best fish: 6.5 lbs)
Cod season Winter 2014/15: 193 cod (best fish: 4.25 lbs)

we can meet for session,no problem,i know bass place where weed dsnt matter 8) we can try this or next week if u want :D

yer true,can get bass in those weeds by bait fishing,but that will hard work,not a fishing for relax :D
