macks in dun laoighaire

people: me and me dad

duration: 9.30 - 11.40

weather: very warm with hardly any breeze

tide:high at 10.30

bait:dexter wedge and herring lure

result :4 mackerel

lovely morning for fishing and no one else was around . on my 2nd cast with the herring lure i hooked a sizable mackerel (should go good on the barbie) a few casts later i got a very heavy one while my dad also got a sizable one .literally on my last cast i hooked another sizable one >we also caught a few juvenile pollacks but threw them back what use would they do :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

well i fished of the east side into the harbour, saw a seal :evil:

and they taste massive a bit of salt and vinegar
