Which Paint - Please help

#1 Post by parker »

Hi,

I have stripped my boat and it is now ready for re-painting. Can anyone help and tell me the best paint I could use.
I can get Teamac and Toplac, have any of you ever used these?

hempels paints do marine paint and it is more than likley cheaper than international but would be in 5lt tins in single pack or(4lt + 1lt of hardner) in two pack ,i dont think they do smaller sizes as they produce mainly for commercial vessels .just make sure you do a solvent wash before priming to remove any resedue or dust as this will affect adhesion
