Mackerel and Pollack in Kenmare help.

Myself and the family are heading down to Kenmare next month and I'd like to take some lures down for some mackerel and pollack, thing is the wife and kids want a go too! so are there any marks suitable for families in this area with a good chance of either species on Lures??
