we had 24 in the boat last week and to be honest we were not really trying for them,

fished south wall a couple of times last week and dun laoghaire last night but no joy at all. looking for suggestion on somewhere to try between dun laoghaire and dalkey from shore??

Hi, Plenty of mackerel at the back of Irelands eye. Most of the fish were caught within 30 meters of the island. There are also large numbers of gulls feeding in the area but there are no mackerel below them. Best of luck.

we were out from 1.30 till 8.30 on tuesday they were very scarce only 20 for the day also had to battle the seals who took 4 sets of feathers
as well as the fish that were on them
