Looking for a pendulem casting video or pictoral tutorial
im looking to start doing a pendulem cast and was looking for a good video or pictoral tutoral.ive seen loads of videos on youtube but i cant really see the movement of the lead during the cast. does anyone know of any clear tutorials.

that second vid isnt a great example as he uses his right arm too much to control the swing and lifts his arms too high
not that i know much
