West Cork Bass

Heading to Clonakilty in West Cork for family hols early July & planning to get out a couple of times (bit of negotiatiing to be done yet )
Fished there about 15 yrs ago with a local guy who had dug his own sand eels and had some good results.

Anyone know where you can dig sandeels that neck of the woods and any good Bass beaches to fish.

Any help appreciated.
