Clare Bass?

#1 Post by Fishingnovice94 »

Hey everyone , first post on this site!

Myself and my father are quite keen bass anglers but we tend to get no luck when we head out for bass , shore fishing. We get the very odd nice bass but it would be nice to help get a spot with a decent sniff of a bass. Can anyone help me out? Any decent spots in Clare for this? Spinning or beach we're able for both. Even flounder would be nice as well! We are aware of the fact that the bass aren't able to be fished until the 15th.

Thanks :)

I don't fish for bass much but would recommend sand eel with only it's tail trimmed but most clare angler prefer lug worm fished in the surf. Also check out magic seaweed site for surf reports and links to web cams.
