appologies on the k 2

witnessed one of these 3 piece rods over the weekend (tritanium). it did not blow about in the wind as excessively as i had been told (and there was a strong sidewind). hurled 3 ounce weight a nice distance and had a much more crisp action than i had expected. a nice piece of kit.

Was it the 18 foot version?

George i think it was 16? the next size down from the 18 footer. the guy was using 30lb. shock and casting a 3oz. over 100 yards with and over head cast/ fixed spool. very easy to fish with, and a nice tip.
