Tramore/ Woodstown area

#1 Post by DaleB91 »

Well lads, today the winds do be blowing fairly strong so im wondering if il go out at high tide tonight, would Tramore, Kilfarrasy or Woodstown be my best bet for shelter and less weeds or will i just wait till moro morning or night to go out?

I had 3 casts in Tramore last night all 3 i pulled in a load of weed, another cast in the back strand had a flounder on crab and no weed!. I'd say you'l be lucky to find a beach thats weed free for a week or so around the copper coast , Woodstown would seem like the better option or even an estuary in between ! Hope this helps , tight lines .
If I'm not gonna catch a fish , I may aswell not catch a BIG fish !
