People: myself and 2 others

Duration: beach 1 4 hours, beach 2 3 hours

Tide: high round 7pm

Weather: lovely bright

Bait: all sorts

Rigs: flappers

Results: 7 flounder, 2 turbot, 2 coalies 2 seatrout

Report: not much to report really - all the flounder and turbot were very small

i had 3 flounder and a bot on beach 1 - the others had 1 bot and 3 flounder

then after a debate whether to try another beach, we went to it as it was starting to ebb

the highlight of the day were 2 sea trout around 3lbs to one of the lads with an hour gap in between

i scratched out a tiny flounder

and on the last cast the third chap got 2 coalies at distance

saw a barn owl on the way home
