Bait:whitebait,frozen mack and sand eels,fresh lug

Rigs:pulleys and 2hook flappers

Results:me -Blankety Blank

Lazz-1 dogfish and a wee sea trout 32cm




Report:Head out at 1930 dig some fresh lugs-after then hit the beach at Trawee.The tide was rising -west wind also good surf hit the shore...It was everything ok-people,place,bait,surf and wind thoo....
Me nothing just few times changed place coz too strong currents hit the shore,but no weed
Lazz started with a wee seatrout 32 cm on frozen mack-20 min later got the doggie
it was a very good fishing for him coz he caught 2 fish with his new gear

Result me blanky blank but im happy becose 3 weeks without shore fishing it was too long

Hard luck zud, was out myself today on streedagh beach & not a bite but will be back lure fishing when the wind & sea dies down hopefully soon!!!!

its a funny beach zud,,,,,,i often got turbots in the surf on a roller thou,,,what end where ye,,,was it at the carpark area lets say closest to sligo

Yaaa,we was there just few 100 metres from the carpark-first time was there,but try more before the competitions just 16 days left...

better down the other end between the guts,, and stream,,,,forget that beach after heavy rain,,,like being in a kennel,,,,,,,has thrown up the odd bass to through the years,,,,,,,,,,,,,,tope haunt that beach later in the summer at night
