When I said "1rod" I meant one angler. There has been a lot of uncertainty about Lenihans new fishing bill, so I thought to clear it up once and for all. As for "stirring", I do that to my coffee.

anyone who fishes for bass is well aware of the rules and regulations in retaining bass.
you (per angler)can only keep 2 bass in any 24hr period and they must be above the size regulated.

but most of us already know this.

you may need to stir your coffee a bit more!!
