hey lads i have a mate thats going to drohegda on sat morning and he is wondering where would be closest beach south of him that might throw up a few fish.hes thinking maybe wicklow some where.he just wants the fun of a silver lad or two and always pratices the catch and release system.public or private

No sign of any bass but if this helps.
We were out on Monday evening at Ennereilly and got loads of dogs and whiting.
Newcastle lastnight and had loads of dogs, rockling, flounder and whiting.

He should try laytown by the nanny, don't know about a bass at this time, but potential for seatrout? He could also buy a day on the boyne for a bit of spinning?
