PENN SURFMASTER 70 PARTS

Hi all. My Penn 70 spool wont go up and down, I opened it up and saw the pin that goes into the grove to push the spool up and down has broke.
Does anyone have one or know who does.

Hi nick,I had 2 surfmasters break on me within 6mths,theyr an excellent casting reel but totally unreliable!I'd say scrap it and get sumfin else!better than it bustin when uv a gd fish on :(

I have other fixed spools but reel like the penn and have spare spools so i want to fix and keep

they were probably the newer versions, the older ones 60 and 70 were a very good reel

ye they are very good reels. thinking of buying another two from john linch (beachcaster)
