Fairly clean ground there on the pier to the left anyway. The harbour itself can be tricky.

Mackerel on a wire trace just over the side is my advice. There are a couple around. Eyes reilly had one not so long ago. Some people drop a line down for the conger while using another rod for general fishing. You could be waiting a long time for the conger and as far as i am aware it's a night time pursuit. Another thing, keep your fingers away from a conger's mouth! I read that you can't kill a conger unless you cut it's head off and even still it won't let go of your finger. You could always ask Eric for a bit of advice there. He knows a thing or two about conger.

Clean ground to the left of the pier but be careful fishing straight out I've been told there's some sort of a pipe on the sea bed.
