enniscrone strand 14.1.11

#1 Post by davyp »

People: me

Duration: 7.20 - 9.40pm.

Tide: LW @7.30

Weather: showery clam then windy

Bait: mack, whitebait, earthworms and razor

Rigs: 3 hook flappers

Results: blankety blank

2nd session of the new year,,,conditions looked great..but not so much as a nibble...baits returned untouched all night. nice to be out all the same. glad i left when i did as the wind had picked up seriously by the time i was driving home, was blowing the wee car all over the road.

Hard luck Davy. That is a beach I never go near, never had any luck around there. We had some lovely flounder at a new mark not too far from where ya got your bass a few weeks ago. Hope to have a crack at them tomorrow if that wind drops.
