Re: carnsore point wexford
Hi there. Not sure how it's fishing but it could be incredibly dangerous down there in this weather. Be careful

I think its best to fish it on a neap tide. You might get a few coalies codling and flounder off it
this time of year.Bait wise id say lug rag and mackeral.in the summer there is nice wrasse and a few dogfish in it.Goodluck

Re: carnsore point wexford
Is it carnsore or the coombe beach you intend to fish? Carnsore can be a bit hairy if there is any kind of wind blowing, it's also a tackle graveyard.
Would suggest you fish the Coombe beach - if you find it's snaggy in front of you just move right a few hundred yards. The tide is is very strong - as suggested fish a neap tide. Should be fish to be found here - suggest you fish into darkness as these beaches fish best as night. Try a 2 or 3 hook flapper in close (10-15 yards, baited with lug/rag maybe tipped with mackeral) and some larger baits further out.

Would definitely agree with steve but if you dont mind losing some tackle than fish in the snaggy areas as they hold more fish.
