Akios 656 ctm

#1 Post by last cast lad »

Hi I was at my local tackle shop (http://www.donegalanglingcentre.com/) to discover that john has very kindly got a 50% off sale this week so I picked up a jaxon boat rod as I hope to venture out for a few trips with a friend this year. Also I found one of the new akios reels that Ive seen in the magazines. The one I chose was the 656 ctm.(€60 :D :D ) would I be better using this or my trusty mag525 for light boat fishing.
It's all about the fishing

I'd go with the 525 personally, it's more of a work horse and has a better retrieve.
