where to get razor in mayo

hey lad just wondering if there is any spot to get razor in mayo
life tastes better through a pineapple

speices 2011 whiting ,flounder, cod , coalie,,shore rockling , LsD,pollock,mack ,dab turbot sea trout ,bull huss ,3 rockling , wrasse

egg and my face were in alignment

tried them the other night taste = lovely :D
texture = not so good like beef fat :(

they are the nicest shellfish goin.there very tough/rubbery.u can cook them in many ways.next time why dont u throw them on the pan with a bit of butter and garlic after steaming/boiling them for a minute stirring and twisting them constantly..my mouth is watering here thinking bout them.im gonna have to go get a few now on the next spring tide :mrgreen:

mmmhh razor(drools) they need to be cooked a bit like squid,very fast on a red hot griddle,or very slowly like a oyster stew.marinade them first is a good way to go.and if you like sushi......

like oysters you dont need to cook thwm at all , just strip them from the shell and thats it fresher the better.........

declan thats the best way.like any of the shellfish.i love cockles raw.i also ate barneachs(limpets)raw razors/oysters and guinness.hard to beat
