razorfish supply in the west of ireland

#1 Post by saving private brian »

hey lads as the winter and harsh conditions r in my my razorfish supply from a local mark has been greatly reduced to practically nothing.this is one bait that i love using during the winter months whether it be on its own or in a good cocktail.i have loads of macks, sprat, sandeels mussels, cockles etc in me bait feezer but the 1 thing that is missing is the razors which i missed out on gettin me supply this summer.i know i can get them in my local tackle shop but id be more interested in buying off a good fish monger in bulk if any1 knew off any in galway/mayo/sligo.im optomistic that some of the galway lads could help me here.am willing to travel.oh and if theres any1 from dublin that can help me here as i do be in dublin alot to see the family.fresh and good quailty razors required

regards brian

might be a good idea to check your razor gathering venues when this storm eases, as you can get them washed out by heavy sea's

Brian as Roger said Wrights in Howth always have big bunches of them for cheap. I'd ring ahead though if you travelling to make sure. Sometimes they can be out.

How many do you want? live or dead? Saturday 4th December is my next date for live ones.
