Re: monkstown wall
along the wall is fishing well for me at the moment.
i fish with squid and mackerel but others are saying peeler crab is working the best,
the best time is 2 hours before and 1 after high tide, the hour just after high tide is fishing best for me,
let me know how you get on

Re: monkstown wall
high tide both days are in darkness but a lot of people reckon its a better daylight venue anyway. anytime ive fished it i dont think it mattered what tide but the fishing definatly slowed down around high and low water and picked up again once there was a bit of a movement. big enough tides too both days so bring plenty of heavy leads(5 and 6oz) i was struggling to hold bottom last week with 5oz.

Re: monkstown wall
the wall fishes best at 2 hours down and 2 hours up from low otherwise the run will be too much darkness at the moment brings the better fish but it dosent matter what time of day you fish plenty of fish there
