Yip as the lads suggest your best bet would be the tackle shops especially with colder weather approaching fast and now that the word is out on the cod bononza going on 
you better hurry and stock up the freezer with frozen black lug as well,tackle shop for these as well.

Ive been able to collect a good few peelers during the summer when i was down last, but your best bet is Halfway Tackle, great shop!!!!
