Memory free rig body line

#1 Post by Jayball10 »

Is there any such line or am I being crazy? Memory free (like amnesia) thats goes up to 60/70/80 lb? I normally use 60lb Relix but have issues were it coils up especially if tangled in weed or kelp. If not, any recommendations on a good mono to use for rig bodies?

Cheers.

I used to use Sakuma Shock Leader 50/60lb but I've started using Greased Weasel alot now in 50lb. It's a bit stiff but I normally hang rigs over night with a 7oz lead in my shed to stretch them out.

Ultima memor-x is memory free, purposely constructed for rig making, think it only goes up to 60lb though. I just use basic cheap line myself and hang them like dfella25 said and don't have an issues with coiling.

Have had bother with the sakuma rig body in the past, found the shockleader a better job for rig bodies myself. Clipped down rigs growing over night and hooks no longer fitting the clips.
