Shannon Estuary

#1 Post by agardiner22 »

Has any here fished or know anything about the Shannon Estuary marks like Kilteery and glin piers. Any tips about rigs or bait. My son has caught the sea fishing buzz and they are they closest marks to me. I heard congers can be caught there, what other types are around???
Much appreciated.

For kids kilteery with size 4 hook three hook trace around high water with mackerel for bait.

Ballysteen pier and pallaskenry pier also throw up flats in the autumn
