Newbie goes to Dingle

#1 Post by ped »

Hi all

Just sooo desparate to get into those 'catch reports'.
Anyway 4 of us Norfolk lads are making a our annual pilgrimage to Dingle on the 6th Sept for some real fishing.

Unfortunately in our neck o the woods the long cold winter has takin its toll on our local patches, sizeable cod catches post xmas were virtually non existant and we're still waiting for the summer sole season to kick off. Some nice bass have been taken and smoothound in Lincs for those in the right place at right time.

Will post report on our return after the 13th

Last year sun shone the whole week on the already gin clear waters making a must for night time excursions, unfortunately 1 of our crowd not into darkness fishin!!! ffs, so didn't maximise opportunities.
