Have an opportunity to make use of a friends house outside of Tralee this weekend and trying to find out if its worth the trip down?? Is the surrounding area fishing well around Inch etc or any marks (dont mind a drive) and is there the plague of any weed around at the moment??

I had a good day yeaterday in stradbally have to put in a report.

1 bass 8pds
2 turbet one 6pds
4 plaice
3 flounders

so i would say that brandon bay is fishing well and only 20 miles from tralee

Thats a good days fishing derryb , what was the surf like at Stradbally ? , a 6 pound Turbot is a cracking fish , and 4 plaice too , were they any size?

you would be better off going into galwaybay sea foods and buy a bass.... cos you wont catch one.........ha ...ha
