For those that fish for Mullet, Strangford Lough

Seems either the Water Service or the Rivers Agency have dammed the end of the canal that flows into the lough, for what purpose I don't know. I will try to find out, it only appeared yesterday. I have a mate who works for the Rivers Agency, I'll ask him. Hopefully though it won't affect the Mullet run!!! I'll try and keep you posted, for those that have an interest.

They are working on the bridge, doing improvement work on it from underneath to fix a crack. I don't know how this is going to affect the run of the mullet here, I guess only time will tell.
