coming over the pond to fish this for the first time, how are the beaches fishing and what species are getting caught.

Check out the kilmore sac website. They have some info on some of the beaches that are being fished during the comp

hi dai (seymour ) i'm sure some one will give you some advice before you head off there next week. in the past i have had some decent and helpfull info off this site when travelling to ireland. i think main spieces will be dab and whiting. don't know what bait to use though really, probably lug and mackeral. sorry i can't help any more
