digging for bait in dublin

any one have any tips on digging for bait in dublin?
what i need were is the best place and the like

What are you after?

If you want rag, go to the red rock, lug in sandymount, mussel down a bit from the red rock as for what you need,
a garden fork, wellies, and a tide table oh and a bucket.

Thanks a mill, im after what ever i can get trying to suss out a good spot to go,
was up in donegal for a few day's and the fishing was dire got a small polock and what looked like some sort of small herring or something? keeping in mind im no pro! although good crack,
but now im home i wana go back out and pull them in by the bucket load,
