Just got 20lb Braid (power-pro) now I want to attached a fluoro leader - what BS would you recommend - also I'm going to use a 12lb momo as the backing line is this okay?

Mono backing, braid casting and fluoro leader ... should be fine.
I'd use a mono leader myself, but if the leader was fluoro, I'd add a bit extra bs to make up for the added knot strength loss of fluoro.
