A 13lb bass was taken on lug in the waterford area last night. Good to see there is a couple of decent sized bass still being taken

seems to be quite a few bass specimen size being taken in the last couple of months now- waterford,kerry,benone etc....
wonder if this is a better time of year to be targeting the big ones??

was fishing tramore last nite with some mates had a 8lbs bass loads of small coalies i'd say this what the bass are feeding on . caught bass on black lug and crab and returned to fight another day.big bass was caught near the ramp end on small coalie beening reeled in

thats where the so called 13lb er was caught. Funny how things weights can change with the word of mouth

hi daven i caught 8lbs bass on car park section other anglers on the beach said a lad had 13lbs at the ramp setion on small coalie did hear another story cheers...
