St johns point help

Hows it going

ive been up at st johns point a few times now,fishing far to the left of the lighthouse..........been getting lots of mackeral and a few pollack. what other species are there and what is the best methods or baits for catching them?

fish the bottom mate,paternoster rigs,pulley rigs with makerel,sandeel, ragworm or lug or a combination of any.just about anything could show up to be honest.you could also try some hardback crabs for the wrasse.

Everything working well,just try on the bottom-if u lucky u can get bigger fish as what u get on the top... :) Good luck

Yeh you will most likely pick up a few doggies if you bait fish the bottom.
