ring strand knockadoon ??????????

was wondering has anybody fished off ring strand in knockadoon and whats it like whats the best times best bait and what species cought there.

If you check out the fishing marks on this website there is info on that beach and area,but fishing down that way has deteriorated a lot in the recent few years,still get flats though,mainly small fish.Only use it myself when blown off by southerly winds on the better marks near by.
