Worm ID?

Can someone tell me what type worm this is, when digging for rag im always finding a lot of these i was thinking they are black lug or blow, or are those both the same...just want to know for sure and what fish i can target with them , as i have been putting them back when i do find them.

Lol you can come bait digging with me any time lol you do the work i get the worm.

difference between black and the mroe common blow lug would be black lug are found at the low tide mark, have a straight or j shaped burrow while blow will have a u shaped burrow.

If it's black lug it will leave a yellowish stain on your hands after touching them.
Species 2014: whiting, coalie, pouting, codling, pollack, ballan wrasse, dab, poor cod, mackerel, grey gurnard, conger, ling, cuckoo wrasse, launce, common skate, bass, scad, garfish, blue shark

Species 2015: Ballan wrasse, poor cod, pollack, ling, flounder, turbot, mackerel, whiting, lsd, dab, grey gurnard, pouting, cuckoo wrasse, cod
