Penn Surfmaster 200 multiplier reel

Penn Surfmaster 200 multiplier reel

a guy in work has picked up one of these reels and asked me to try and find out a bit of info on them. a google search hasnt shown up much apart from them being a pretty old reel.
does anybody know anything about them or have any idea if its worth anything?? he said it has a few scratches on it but nothing major,

red hello.The Surfmaster is a good small Penn reel best suited to inshore boat fishing rather than what it's title suggests.It has no brakes fitted so wouldn't fare too well for casting.Still a strong wee reel and all parts still available form Penn servicing.Value would be £10-25 depending on condition.The low price being a well corroded one and the higher price being a mechanically A1 reel perhaps still with original box.Hope this is of some help.
