Hi All,
I live on the Wirral near Liverpool and I am over there at the end of september. There is six of us in all planning to spend a week fishing but apart from the map on the central fisheries board website I have limited information on the fishing in the area around three castles and mizen head. I am aware that you dont want to advertise your marks so pm me if you wish as I just need a bit of advice on what and where we can catch at that time of year. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

As for local info I dont have it. Its being years (too many) since I fished down there.

Thanks for the info,
Would have thought the pollock and mackerel would still be there, but we will see. Wilky83, Is that on the west or East side of Barley cove? Ideally would like to find a good depth of water and fish for eels at night. Would the area be good for this? Also is Barley cove a good bass fishing spot or are there any other better areas nearby. Again any help is greatly appreciated
Cheers

Hi All,
As we are travelling down from Dublin I would also be interested on the best place to pick up a load of Bait, fresh and frozen. To try to save money would it be worth bringing it from the UK. I pay around 2 to 2.50 for a pack of 10 lug or ragworm. Cheers
