go or not go

i have a few hours 2morw evening (sunday 13th?) and was going to go local in dublin area for a few hours but just noticed that the times i can fish is mostly low tide,i never fished in those conditions before, is there any point in going out on a low tide or can u have a good night on a low tide, advice appriciated, hope u tell me wot i want to hear :mrgreen:
