People: Me and Bingo

Duration: 9.30-10.30pm

Tide: High

Weather: Calm and warm

Bait: toby/eel

Results: 2 pollack


Report: Got a visa for a couple of hours fishing after spending the day minding the baby so went to Kinsale and managed to get a couple of small pollack (first about half a pound, second a bit over a pound I'd say) off the rocks. I took some pics but they were crap...

Report noteworthy only for the following:
- First fish of year
- First ever pollack
- First fish with new rod
- First fish after about a dozen blank sessions.

So not much, but it made me happy.

[b]2011 wishlist:[/b] Wrasse, decent shore pollack (over 3lbs)

well done,nice when you get a new species! 8) hope you get many more this year.

species 2011 (20) flounder,whiting,poor cod,5 beard rockling,lsd.coalie,thornie,three bearded rockling,shore rockling.seatrout.turbot,plaice,brill,pollock,ballen wrasse.huss,pout,cookoo wrasse,corking wrasse,dab.
