Broken top eye

Hi lads this is my first post of many,
I have a Penn Powerstix boat rod and I'm after breaking the top eye off,just wondering how can I get it fixed I'm leaving in Youghal Co Cork so is there any shops around which can help...

if your around on wednesday i could pick it up and fix it for ya i live about 20 minutes away if thats any use :D
