Anyone recomend a good spinner for about 50 quid?

You'd need to be careful with 2nd hand spinning gear as reel-mechanisms can take quite a hammering over time. If you could stretch to a little over 50 quid something brand-new from Shimano like the Exage would last you well at the price. The 4000 size should cover most spinning duties....

Glasglow anglers were doing a 6000 shimano baitrunner for 50 sterling last month have a look they might still be running that deal ,only prob is you might have to wait a while to get it there post man isnt the best
