Oh how I wish I had read this before I placed an order with mactackle.com

I placed the order on Nov 21st and basically havent a clue whats happening with it. Their website states that if the order is placed before 2pm I will get it in 24 hrs. Not the case. I sent emails to shop@mactackle.com, enquiries@mactackle.com and info@mactackle.com and no response to any. Called the "dedicated mobile number" no answer it just rings out. Left voicemail, no response. Have had to now resort to opening a dispute case with PayPal. Since Nov 27th their website states that they are closed for essential maintainence but that "All current and pending orders will be finalised and shipped by 30th November"....fingers crossed it turns up its a christmas gift and I spent a significant enough amount.

Nizan - if you read this please check your email, voicemail and get back to me........

My crew bought 2 shimano rods from mactackle at the dublin angling show. When they got them home they found one had the wrong tip section. It was OK at the stand,as we tried both there.Since then ,same story ,no reply from both phone lines & no website.
