hope to be there around 18-00 hope its dry as the rocks can be very slippery in the wet.can anyone get any ragworm ???let me know asap???

sorry lads willnot be able to make saturday the 29 as i am at a rugby club do.my mistake thought it was the friday night,good luck and hope it fishes well.there is sure to be plenty of conger ,just at your feet cast no more than 30 feet out.

Pookie cant make it on either dates ...So i'm going to put my neck on the block and call it for the FRIDAY night 28th oct ....if it doesnt suit all .im sorry , but these forum meets arent the easiest things to organise.
October forum meet ....FRIDAY THE 28TH, THE BLUE POOL PORTRUSH
Weather is showing as light showers with a 15mph south westerly...so it'll probably be blowing a gale right in our faces :)

Just a warning.
I fished the blue pool last sunday afternoon for a couple of hours.
Had two rods out when i noticed loads of bubbles coming up under my lines - thought it was a whale! turned out to be 3 scuba divers.
Should have wound in - it would have been my biggest catch.
Must have scared the fish - only had one half-decent coalie.
