Just want to spread the word and congratulate Big Phil on winning above comp. This is his 2nd time in 3 years and will now represent Ireland in the Home internationals and captain the Ulster team in next years Inter-provincials

from what ive been told its to be a flounder bashing session somewhere around aberdeen but this is still to be confirmed i think.

still a fair bit away though so plenty of time to get a bit of practice in! :wink:
