cold but good evenings fishing

me
3 till 9.30
tide 3 hours before and 1 hour after high tide
bait - lug.black wraps,mac
rigs - new ones tyed up myself
report
had a good mark from the boat for flounder so decided to give it a go from shore i dont shore fish much but its one of the best evenings fishing i have ever had. started off with lug and mac on one rod black wraps on the other in the first hour 16 flounder ,4 codling and 10 whiting ].ended up fishing one rod then ended up with 25 flounder 12 codling and 21 whiting and 4 rockling cracking evening finished up at 9.30 out of bait some of the flounder were 34 cm codling 30ish and whiting the same wind was cold -1 all evening but enjoyed it

the big googly eyes makes them all look like dabs to me but none the less fine nights fishing indeed mate well done sir :D :D

me think you were in Waterford good fishing you should keep at the boat fishing and give the shore anglers a chance.
