how long should the mono b at the end of the braid and what strength

Why do you need nylon there at all ?
Are you using fixed spool or multiplier?

fixed spool and the reason i have been using it is that the hooks from the lure wont get between the strands of the braid with 4 r 5 foot of mono on the end
